Champaign County Cattlemen’s Association Scholarships
The Champaign County Cattlemen’s Association has
established the T. C. Memorial Scholarship in memory of
past president and active cattleman Todd Conrad.  The
association will be awarding two $1,000.00 scholarships.

Requirements:
1. Applicants must be the equivalent of a high school senior
and either attend a Champaign County School or be a
Champaign County resident.
 2. Applicants must have been a participant in 4-H or FFA.
 3. Each applicant must complete an application available
from a Champaign County School’s guidance counselor,
FFA advisor, or online at www.champaigncattlemen.com.  
4. Applications must be turned in by March 26, 2012.  They
can either be e-mailed to ccca@champaigncattlemen.com
or mailed to:

Additional Information:
1. The scholarships will be paid in two $500 installments.  
A check will be issued to the recipient during the first and
second quarters/semesters.  
2. Recipient must be enrolled as a full time student in a two
or four year college or university.       
3. It will be the responsibility of the recipient to inform the
scholarship donor of his or her continued enrollment for
each quarter/semester installment.        
4. Winners will be notified by mail or phone by May 10,
2012.
5. The Champaign County Cattlemen’s Association
Scholarship Committee will select scholarship recipients.  
Decisions are final.
6.The scholarship will be paid after proof that fees have
been paid or the scholarship can be made payable directly
to the academic institution.
7. This scholarship will be awarded based upon the
information made available by the candidate’s application
and by the information gained by inquiry.  Subject matter of
interest shall include knowledge of vocational related
subjects, course selection, morality, community and family
involvement, realistic goals, financial need.     
8.  Scholarships are granted on a non-discriminatory basis.
9.  Champaign County Cattlemen's Association may
request an interview with the candidate on an as needed
basis
