****ATTENTION FELLOW CATTLEMEN MEMBERS****

In order to continually do the things we wish to do during the fair
and throughout the year with improvements to the beef barn,
show arena, etc., we need to find an additional source of income.
As many of you know the only fundraiser we had during 2011
was the Food Stand at the Champaign County Fair in August. It
was discussed at our February 21, 2012 meeting of having a
silent auction during the fair this year. We are looking for any
items in which anyone wishes to donate for this silent auction
such as new or used show equipment, feed donations, semen
packages, or any other items that anyone can think of. Anyone
wishing to donate any items or if you have any questions with
regards to the silent auction we ask that you please contact
Dave Clapp, Allan Robison or Cathie Olejniczak via the contact
information below. Thank you for your time.
